Arctic Fox Pureview Transparent Wireless Mouse, Tri-Mode, ₹599

Ever had your laptop's trackpad give up on you halfway through a long spreadsheet, or watched your phone, tablet and laptop all fight for one mouse? Here's a fun one: a see-through, rechargeable mouse that hops between three devices with a single tap, and right now it costs less than a pizza night.

The Arctic Fox Pureview Transparent Wireless Mouse is down to ₹599 from an MRP of ₹1,999, a 70% discount, and it sits at 4.4 out of 5 from 9,626 ratings. It's also ranked #4 in Mice on Amazon.in, with 2K+ bought in the past month. Let's see if the hype holds up.

WHO IT'S FOR

This is for students, work-from-home folks and anyone who switches between a laptop, an iPad and a desktop through the day. If you hate buying AA batteries, or you simply want a mouse that looks a bit different on your desk, it's worth a look. Hardcore gamers who need heavy macro buttons should look elsewhere.

DESIGN AND BUILD

The headline feature is the look. The transparent shell shows off the insides, which gives it a techy, clean vibe that stands out from the usual plain black blobs. It weighs about 110 grams and has an ambidextrous shape, so left-handers can use it too. This listing is the Space Gray colour, and Amazon also offers Space Blue and Frost White versions.

A small 4-grid LED battery display tells you how much charge is left, so you're never surprised by a dead mouse in the middle of a meeting.

KEY FEATURES IN REAL-WORLD TERMS

• •Tri-mode connection: two Bluetooth 5.1 channels plus a 2.4GHz USB receiver. In plain words, you can pair it with up to three devices and switch between them by touching the switch on the back. Plug the receiver into your work laptop, pair your tablet over Bluetooth, and jump between them in a second.
• •Built-in rechargeable battery: a 400mAh battery that Arctic Fox rates for around 30 days of use on a full charge. It also goes to sleep on its own to save power and wakes up with a click.
• •4 DPI levels: 800, 1200, 1600 and 2400. Lower settings feel steady for office work, while higher ones help on big or dual monitors.
• •Boss Key: one click takes you straight to the desktop. It's handy for privacy, but note that it doesn't work on Mac OS.

PERFORMANCE AND WHAT BUYERS SAY

Based on Amazon's summary of customer reviews, buyers appreciate the product quality, appearance, battery life and connectivity. Opinions on long-term reliability are more mixed, so that's worth keeping in mind. The appearance comes up again and again; people clearly enjoy how it looks on the desk.

HOW IT COMPARES

Around ₹500 to ₹800, most wireless mice offer either 2.4GHz or Bluetooth, often run on AA batteries, and pair with just one device. Basic options like the Logitech M221 are quiet and dependable but stick to a single USB receiver. The Pureview's three-device switching, rechargeable battery and battery display give you noticeably more features for the money, while long-trusted brands may still win on track record.

VALUE FOR MONEY

At ₹599, you're getting multi-device switching and a rechargeable battery that usually show up on pricier mice. Add the strong rating from nearly ten thousand buyers, and this is a very easy upgrade from a basic wired or AA mouse.

VERDICT

If you want a stylish, rechargeable mouse that juggles your laptop, tablet and PC, the Arctic Fox Pureview at ₹599 is one of the smartest budget picks right now. Deals this deep don't usually last, so check the latest price on Amazon before it changes.
