WHAT A CONVECTION MICROWAVE ADDS
A solo microwave only reheats, defrosts and does simple cooking. A grill model adds a top heater for browning and crisping. A convection microwave adds a heater and a fan, so it can also bake cakes, bread and pizza and roast like a small OTG, and usually grill too.
