Want a speaker that keeps playing for a whole day out and does not mind a dunk in the pool? The Tribit XSound Go is a 16W stereo speaker with a 4000mAh battery rated for up to 24 hours, IPX7 waterproofing and a built-in mic, listed at ₹2,659 on amazon.in (MRP ₹3,499). When we checked it had 4.3★ from 19,211 ratings, an Amazon's Choice badge, 5K+ bought in the past month and a #8 rank in Bluetooth Speakers, the best sales rank in this list. It is sold by Tribit India and shipped by Amazon. It ranks #2 in our Best Bluetooth Speakers Under ₹3,000 list with an overall score of 7.7/10.
WHO IT'S FOR
Travellers, trekkers, hostel students and anyone who forgets to charge things. If you want the longest battery claim here and a speaker that has been bought and rated by thousands of people, this is the safe choice.
SOUND AND BASS
The Amazon listing gives 16W in the title and spec table, a 2.0 channel layout with 40mm drivers, plus bass radiators and Tribit's XBass processing for fuller low end. One bullet mentions "20W drivers", but the title and spec table both say 16W, so we use 16W. Stereo from one unit helps in a small room, and with 19,000+ ratings at 4.3★, buyers are clearly happy overall. Scores: 7.5/10 for sound and 7.5/10 for bass. We do not run lab tests, so sound and bass are judged from the hardware (drivers, passive radiators, stereo or mono), brand specs and Amazon ratings.
LOUDNESS
16W is a step up from the 12W StormBox Mini+ and far louder than the JBL Go 3, but below the 20–32W boAt, Portronics and Philips picks. It fills a bedroom or a small terrace well. Score: 7.0/10.
BATTERY
This is its biggest strength. Amazon lists a 4000mAh battery and up to 24 hours of playtime, the longest claim in this list, with about 4 hours to charge over USB Type-C. Real playtime at higher volume will be lower, as with every speaker, but you can still expect to go days between charges with normal use. Score: 9.5/10.
CONNECTIVITY
Bluetooth plus an AUX input. The title says Bluetooth 6.0, but Tribit's own notice on the listing says the current stock is a mix of the old and new versions at the same price, and that old and new units cannot pair with each other in TWS mode. So you may not get the newer Bluetooth version, and if you plan to buy two, buy them together. There is no USB or memory card playback. Score: 6.5/10.
WATER RESISTANCE AND BUILD
IPX7 handles rain, splashes and a short drop in water, as long as the rubber flap is closed. It is not dust-rated. Amazon lists the size as about 17.2 x 6 x 5.7 cm and the weight as 367g, with a lanyard in the box. The shape is long and slim, so it slips into a bag side pocket. Scores: 9.0/10 for water resistance, 7.5/10 for portability and 8.0/10 for build.
FEATURES
- •A built-in mic for hands-free calls, Siri / Google Assistant on a long press and TWS pairing (with the version caveat above). No app, no EQ and no lights. Score: 6.0/10.
TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS
Lay it flat on a table with the grille facing you for the widest stereo effect. If you want TWS, buy both units in the same order so they are the same version. After a pool session, rinse it in fresh water and let the port dry before charging.
WHAT'S IN THE BOX
- •The speaker, a charging cable, a user manual and a lanyard, per Amazon. No wall adaptor. Warranty is 12 months, and Tribit's note says purchases should be made from the official Tribit store, which is the seller here.

HOW IT COMPARES AT THIS PRICE
The Tribit StormBox Mini+ (₹2,194) costs less and adds an app with EQ and Bluetooth 5.4, but half the battery claim. The Sony SRS-XB100 (₹2,489) is smaller and IP67 dust-proof, but quieter and rated lower on Amazon. For more volume, the boAt Stone 510 gives 25W for ₹2,299, with a much shorter 8-hour battery.
VALUE FOR MONEY
₹2,659 for the longest battery here, IPX7 and one of the best rating records in this price band: 8.5/10.
VERDICT
The Tribit XSound Go is the best long-battery Bluetooth speaker under ₹3,000. Buy it if you want a waterproof speaker you rarely need to charge. Skip it if you want app control or the loudest sound; look at the StormBox Mini+ or boAt Stone 510 instead.
