Looking for the best fridge under ₹25,000 in India this October 2026? This budget sits right on the line between two kinds of fridge, so the first choice is yours: a 5-star single door fridge that is cheap to run, or a frost-free double door fridge under ₹25,000 that never needs defrosting and has a far bigger freezer but uses more power. Our list has both: seven single-door direct-cool models from ₹16,590 to ₹22,490 and three frost-free double doors from ₹22,990 to ₹23,990. All ten were in stock on amazon.in when we checked, from LG, IFB, Samsung, Godrej, Haier and Bosch. We skipped colour duplicates, mini-bar fridges and models that were out of stock.

Honest notes: running costs use about ₹8 a unit. A 5-star single door (112–120 units) costs about ₹600–1,000 a year less to run than the frost-free double doors here (195–233 units). Cooling-retention, ice-time and freshness claims are the brands' own figures. No brand publishes a noise level, so noise is scored only on compressor type. Several Amazon listings contradict themselves or the brand (energy use, convertible freezer, shelf count, compressor type); we flag each one in the reviews.
