WHO IT'S FOR

Professionals who want a smartwatch that passes for a regular metal watch in a meeting, and who are happy to charge it about twice a week. It is from Fastrack, Titan's youth brand. Our colour checked was Rose Gold (model 38156WM01).

A 1.43-inch round AMOLED at 466×466 pixels, the joint-sharpest panel here, with adaptive Always-On Display and two menu styles. Neither Amazon nor Fastrack gives a brightness figure, so we could not compare it on that. Score: 8.0/10.

BATTERY LIFE

Fastrack claims up to 5 days. Amazon lists a 450 mAh battery, which is unusually large for this claim, and a charge time of 3.5 hours, the slowest here. It charges on a magnetic cable. Score: 5.5/10.

HEALTH SENSORS

24×7 heart rate, SpO2, sleep and stress tracking, with breath rate and menstrual cycle tracking listed by Amazon. Like every watch at this price, the heart-rate, SpO2 and stress readings are best used to spot trends, not as medical measurements. Score: 7.5/10.

FITNESS AND SPORTS MODES

100+ sports modes (Fastrack) covering walking, running, cycling, badminton and basketball, with step and calorie counts. Score: 7.0/10.

GPS

Amazon lists "GPS via smartphone", and Fastrack's own spec sheet says GPS navigation: No. There is no built-in GPS, so distance on walks and runs comes from the motion sensor (or your phone's GPS through the app), not from satellites in the watch. None of the ten watches in our list has built-in GPS at this price; the cheapest GPS watches we found on Amazon cost about ₹3,700, so every pick gets the same low GPS score. Score: 2.0/10.

BLUETOOTH CALLING
